Can anyone help identify this snake?

This is a snake which i'm hoping to be re-homing soon. But we have no idea what sort of snake he is, we were thinking possibly a ratsnake or a cornsnake. I was hoping someone on here may know so we can estimate if he's going to get any bigger. (I say he but it could be a she) Thanks for your...

    My little pest

This is my cat Alice we rescued her a couple of months ago, we think she's around 2 years old and she's still as playfull as a kitten. Before we had got her she had just had a litter of kittens (which have all been rehomed now) and when we had her she was still looking for them. Now she's as...

    Weather Loaches

Thanks for the advise but my fish has been like this for a while and is coping fine. If it had only just started doing it then i would try it but it's a bit late now. It's also had growth problems, it's got fatter ect but it's fins haven't changed, that could also play a part in the problem.

    Weather Loaches

I'm not sure, when i get the chance i'll measure it. Sadly one of my fantails has died :( and the other one is disabled (it swims upside down but it eats fine) Looks like i'm getting another fish soon (but i don't think i could cope with any more weather loaches)

    Weather Loaches

I haven't got a permit but i don't know if it's different in other countries. They are all slightly different colours so i don't think you need to worry about that, i think you'll find they get darker as they get older, But i'm no expert. Hope this helps

    Does calci-sand harm a gecko?

Well the petshop i got my stuff from was a reptile specalist so i think they would know. I would agree with you if it was only a general petshop but it wasn't. It was also recomended to me by a expert that has been keeping/selling reptiles for years and never had a problem with calicisand.

    Weather Loaches

we have a ledge on the top of our tank that is just out of the water and Eric(my weather loach) likes to sit on it. He also likes to squeeze himself inbetween the filter and the glass. It's quite funny when he did jump out because he used to get covered in dust and it made him look fluffy. But...

    Does calci-sand harm a gecko?

I just thought you would be interested to know that the leopard gecko care book that i've been using says that eating sand is actually natural for geckos as it helps digestion. Also that your gecko may also only eat sand if it's not getting enough calcium, so as long as you give your's enough...
