If you look at other pictures of the southern house spider there are ones that are more black looking though so im not 100% sure.
Normally (for the last 5 years that I have had her) its between 55-60 % but I had it at about 72% while she was molting. That seems somewhat high to me for a rose hair but a lot of people I talked to said to raise it to 70-80% while she was molting.
