Well, I did bathe him, and although his feet got stickier, they still weren't sticky enough to climb with. There also doesn't appear to be anything really stuck to them (at least nothing that can be easily removed with a q-tip), so I doubt it's the gecko diet.

I did find some poop in his tank today, I also managed to spoon feed him a bit. I stuck a long spoon with some CGD in the tank in front of him and he nomed a bit. The fact that he could be pre-shed relieves me a bit, he still has a couple flakes of old shed on one of his crests (q-tip took care...
