Okay, that clears that up. A friend of mine mentioned to someone what Ares looks like. Apparently this person says he is a RAPTOR in his opinion. The snag is that Ares does not have red eyes at all. In the light his eyes turn into a cat eye, with small red veins on either side of the slitted...

Neither look very good. In my opinion the hind legs of the jungle look strange. I don't know if the picture was just taken at a bad time... or if there is legitimatly something wrong.

I used tweezers to carefully remove shed from the eye, but Ares trusts me and kept his eye open and stayed really still for me... so I would suggest the moist qtip for you.

Aww thanks Bonnie <3. Sadly I don't think there was anything that could have been done for her on time. Thank heavens another female of hers has adopted her baby though.

Lol Ares loves being outside of his hide. You can tell when he wants out because he will come down from his usual sleeping spot and just stare out at you. Of course he gets his way... I am such a suck when it comes to them. >.< I should grow some back bone. He literally walks all over me!
