Are crested geckos often aggressive?

I can’t get a Leo for some personal reasons. I have pet experience (just not reptiles!) such as frogs, an axolotl, fish, dogs, hamsters, and probably something I’m leaving out. I’ll try that though!

I really want a crestie. How can I convince ma mom?

ok. what are your opinions on shopping for leopard geckos at reptile expos? IF I get one, I am thinking about getting it there.
