I've seen those, and heard people report that their cresties will lick them, but I personally would rather give fresh blended fruit (mango or papaya) mixed with a bit of organic yogurt as a treat rather than something with all those preservatives.

I agree, it's best to keep just one crestie per enclosure till they're old enough to sex and you can confirm 2 females. And I'd personally plan to upgrade a crestie to something at least 20 gallons in size once it passes about 15 grams or so. I've got a pretty detailed Crestie caresheet on...
