    May get a Crested Gecko?

An automatic sprayer would work, but you would probably have to put it on the longest duration of spray; they need it pretty humid at night. I would also agree that 74 would be ideal. I suppose i should have put 70-76, instead of 70-80.

    Large door

Sounds easy enough. I have a Reptitemp digital laser thermometer, I'm not sure if it's an accurate brand though.

    Large door

Thats good news on the lights then; there's always variables, but i was a little worried about using a high wattage bulb like 100 or more. just seems a like a little bit of a fire hazard. It's probably not because people use them all the time. I'll have to try out a couple different wattages...

    Large door

Thanks, youve been extremely helpful. One more question; I know there are many variables when it comes to heating with lighting, such as distance, ambient temp of the room, and as you said airflow, but what wattages do you use and at what distance. With the distance thing, do you have the...

    Large door

Il take that as a no then ha. Do they need it well ventilated like a bearded dragon? I would guess not since BTS like it a bit less dry than a dragon. What's the best way to ventilate?

    Large door

Yes i suppose it is more advantageous to have a hinged door. Is the 1/8 in glass lowes sells thick enough? That's a rather large piece of glass; the front is 54in. Thanks, i'l probably use you're method. If the glass is too large i could double door it; with this, could one side be screen?

    Large door

Im in the proccess of converting an entertainment center into an enclosure. What stumps me is the door. I suppose most who have large enclosures use sliding doors. How exactly do you do it and what materials do you use? Of course any other door methods are appreciated, thanks.

    Snails

BTS.net is awesome. The care sheet may be aged a bit, but it is the most detailed care sheet ive ever seen, for any animal. I will definitly have to join BTS.net in the near future. The same question continues to bug me, and ive posted it here and saw it on the BTS forum; how do animals in...

    Snails

I have, it's awesome and the care sheet is very detailed. There is the discrepency of cat and dog food though; the care sheet said to feed cat food and sparingly, while moderators and knowledgable members on the forums said dog food, an that it makes a good portion of the diet. A little...

Does anyone breed snails for feeders? If so, what kind and where do you get them, as well as care for them would be great, thanks

    lizard question

Thanks for the info Melanie. I will undoubtedly not get one from a pet store, but an expo may still be an option, but so is ordering online from a breeder
