An automatic sprayer would work, but you would probably have to put it on the longest duration of spray; they need it pretty humid at night. I would also agree that 74 would be ideal. I suppose i should have put 70-76, instead of 70-80.
Thats good news on the lights then; there's always variables, but i was a little worried about using a high wattage bulb like 100 or more. just seems a like a little bit of a fire hazard. It's probably not because people use them all the time. I'll have to try out a couple different wattages...
Thanks, youve been extremely helpful. One more question; I know there are many variables when it comes to heating with lighting, such as distance, ambient temp of the room, and as you said airflow, but what wattages do you use and at what distance. With the distance thing, do you have the...

The same question continues to bug me, and ive posted it here and saw it on the BTS forum; how do animals in...
I have, it's awesome and the care sheet is very detailed. There is the discrepency of cat and dog food though; the care sheet said to feed cat food and sparingly, while moderators and knowledgable members on the forums said dog food, an that it makes a good portion of the diet. A little...
Through browsing this forum and just reading around i hear that ackies are also good begginer monitors. A smaller monitor, but they need it pretty hot i hear. Just a suggestion. Take time and plenty of research and im sure youll find one good for you. Ive no expierience with monitors though...
Thanks for the info Melanie. I will undoubtedly not get one from a pet store, but an expo may still be an option, but so is ordering online from a breeder
