As far as I know, it generally takes about a year to reach full size. Of course it can be sooner or later with certain geckos, but that seems to be the norm. I'm not even going to attempt the typical length and weight by month being that my 1 gecko is hardly an average of the species... EDIT...

Personally, I think the tail is thin, but not an emergency whatsoever. However, could you post a picture of the other leo she lives with? Or really you could just check for yourself. If your other leo is noticeably fatter, I would think it is very possibly a sign of bullying and dominating...
