55 gallon tank turned vertical?

I have a 55 gallon tank that I would like to stand vertically and turn into a Vivarium for my Crested Geckos. My worry is that it wouldn’t be able to support the weight standing straight up and down, has anyone done this or knows a way to do it?

I don't see why this would be a problem. There are probably tank conversion kits and google may help you find them.
