If she didn't break your skin and you wash your hands I'd say you''ll be perfectly fine. Even if she did break skin I don't think geckos carry any harmful bacteria in their mouths, so just wash the bite with antibacterial soap and don't worry.

youll be fine just wash your hands and also handle your fat-tails so they will get over the stage of biting and being scared of you
