I have been keeping lined day geckos for about 5 years. They are housed in three exoterra bioactive setups. I have a pair in the largest {36x36) that continue to breed, keeping me well stocked.
This morning I noted a new baby. The strange thing is that it is slate grey. I am familiar with the fact that dependent on mood and temp they will vary between a dingy brown to bright green, but slate grey? Any ideas re: why this could be?
