just keep offering. If he doesnt start to eat you may have to force feed which can be quite a pain with young ones..

When they first hatch they are not going to eat because of the yok sack still attached. Usually they will start eating after about 3 days.

Just keep offering food and he will start chasing em down soon.

I agree with killagreen.

But if he/see still refuses. Use something like Vanilla Flavored Ensure or Chocolate creamer lightly dusted crickets.
Smell will make him/her have more appetite.
