Lou still isn’t eating and I’m pretty sure I just stressed the heck out of her by holding her and shoving food in her face. Does she look okay I really don’t want her to die and now I’m concerned about making her be stressed out I just want to be a good reptile owner

She looks fat and healthy. I wouldn't be surprised if she's ovulating. Keep offering, but try not to stress if she doesn't eat. They can go a long time without eating.
