Basking options

Hello folks. Wondering about basking options. Im thinking half a clay flower pot would work as a hot side hide and he could bask on top. And if l break it right might get two hides. Any ideas on this?

Most leopard geckos don't bask, but any hide that has an option to sit on top will provide a basking opportunity for geckos who want to do this. Just make sure that if you're providing heat from the floor and also from the top that you're not providing too much heat or drying out the air too much. (I don't use extra lighting for my gecko cages besides the ambient light in the room)
