I have a baby, just got it a few days ago. Should i be worried about stressing it out from taking it out of its viv and sticking it in a seperate tub ?
I use tongs to grab them by their legs and put them in the food dish upside down on their backs. The nymphs aren't too good at flipping over in a timely fashion and my guy usually makes short work of them before they can.
No need to take the baby out. Simply hold and shake the dubia slightly with the tongs at the opening of the hide and if its already eating it should strike at it (albinos sometimes have a harder time seeing). If it's not eating yet, I would stick to mealies for now, uneaten crickets may stress it more by crawling over it and nipping at it.
