Blazing Blizzard miracle hatching!

well recently my blazing blizzard female laid 3 eggs on each clutch. The first egg turned out to be half developed with the baby fully formed but i guess it didn't fully absorbed the yolk, i pipped it open after the egg was deflated
BUT! Thankfully, the second egg hatched just last night after 44 days!
I'm really happy to see a healthy, fat looking baby



Btw the female seemed to have absorbed the fourth egg and hasn't laid anymore eggs after the 3rd, she only laid one egg per clutch. She's really skinny now and keeps having green and smelly poop which i guess it's the absorbed egg she's lost appitite eating and has lost alot of weight, anyway to make her recover healthly guys?

cute baby! It does sound like she has parasites and they are taking over her now that she's a bit weak from laying eggs. Good luck!

is there any household remedies to get her well again? i've tried force feeding her but she just doesn't like anything

Nope, no household remedies.

With pets, come responsibilities. Visit a vet!

you need to see a vet to get the proper meds to cure the parasite attack on her ... a poo sample is enough.
