We all know that people have issues producing fat tails. I've seen in several places that they should be 8-9 months old and 40 or 50 grams in order to breed.
For many other "long lived" gecko species, people experience better production by waiting until the animals are 2 years old. It seems that weight is less important than age when it comes to breeding.
Do any of you bypass the first "possible" breeding season for your animals and wait for the next season?
