Bump under arm

Does anyone know what this is? Just noticed this. It's only on 1 side under the underarm area. Doesn't feel hard.

Lots of geckos have these "bubbles" under the front arms, usually on both sides. There are a lot of thoughts about what they are and if they're a good thing or a bad thing. In my opinion, there's not much to be done and it's not dangerous.
