i jusst got my crested gecko and seen and was told its ok to house them in a small critter keeper. I was wondering if it would be fine to go ahead and put him in a 10 gallon??????? I feel kinda messed up putting him in a small cage. He's about a good 2 and a half inches including the tail. I'll upload some pics to when i go downstairs.

I think 10 gallons for such a small gecko may be too big. And don't forget, if the gecko doesn't feel comfortable it probably won't feed very well.

For a crestie that small, I definitely wouldn't use anything larger than a 5 gallon, but it will eventually outgrow that. And because it will outgrow a 5 gallon, I would go with the largest size kritter-keeper you can find. It will probably be cheeper than the 5 gallon tank. Remember too, cresties love to climb, so definitely give it the chance. Best of Luck! :)
