I went out today to get some calcium without D3 to use in the calcium dish, but everyone was out. The soonest that they'll have it in will be Tuesday. Will my leo be ok until then? I have calcium with D3 to dust the feeders with, but am outa just calcium.

Also, I use Rep-Cal calcium, calcium with D3, and multivitamin...I was thinking about switching to Zoo-Med calcium because they use calcium carbonate instead of crushed oyster shells. Would anyone recommend switching or not, and why?

I agree, I often take callcium away from my geckos for a few days. They'll be fine. As for the zoo med brand. I personally think it's too fine for dishes. It makes a real mess in the bin. The repcal works great.

Why does it have to be just calcium? Also is it completely necessary to have a calcium dish?
