Can I use a uvb as a heat source for my leos?

It's not recommended. Too much UVB can cause a sunburn type of effect on leos, being nocturnal creatures with delicate skin. Many people go with thermostat regulated under tank heaters, while others use low wattage ceramic heat emitters or darkly tinted bulbs.
