Chestnut Leaves

Hello everybody,
does anyone know if Chestnut Leaves are safe for a Crested Gecko Bio-Active enclosure? I may have access to a bunch of them. Before I go thru the trouble of getting there I want to make sure I'm not wasting a bunch of time.

They're probably fine but they might not stand up too well over time. See if you can find a magnolia tree nearby
