Since crested geckos can be breed al year, does any breed the same female more than once and if so how long do you wait?

crested should not be breed all year long. they hold sperm for up to a year. they need to be cooled like any other reptile. and the gecko will lay up to three clutches in a year from just one mating. so your looking at 6 babies off of just one mating.

They lay 2 eggs per clutch and up to 10 clutches. 8 clutches would probably be the max. # of clutches considered healthy.

I pair for a month in the spring. I don't cool, it's not really necessary. I've gotten up to 10 clutches per female. Males should be removed after initial pairing so that the females will stop laying towards the end of the year. I give a 3-4 month rest period to every girl.
