Crests?

Since I have plans on breeding cresties sometime, I was wondering how are the crest traits inherited? Lets say I breed my kinda bald male to a female that is a arrowhead or other nice crest? Would I get balds? Arrowheads? or intermediate between the two?

The fact is that cresties genetics are such a mystery. In theory yes a gecko with poor crests bred with a gecko with good crest structure things will even out. But unless that female comes from a strong line of good quality crest structure and isnt just a fluke happening, you could end up making babies with poor crest structure.

But there is a difference between structure and crests. Structure would be the size of the head in general, and crests...well thats easy it is crests. So if the female in question has good quality crests, that is what you need to look for.
