How much decor do i need when i get a bigger tank?

It really doesn't matter. As little and as much as you prefer.

What did you have in your old tank? Also, how many leos are you putting in your new tank?

Just an opinion, but I'd recommend one hide on the warm side and one hide on the cold side for each gecko at minimum as well as a humid hide. Add any decorations/additional hides if you want to.
