This is actually Jasons girlfriend. I hijacked his account since his got approved in 1 night and mine after a few days is still waiting!

I am going to purchase a thermometer and hydrometer for my mossy leaf-tail gecko's cage. After researching I am under the impression they require approx. 70% humidity and 60-80 degrees, never under 60 or over 80 degrees in the cage. I turned my 29 gallon tank on its side and used plexy glass for a door over the opening.

I was wondering if i should go with a digital hydrometer/thermometer such as this: http://www.thatpetplace.com/pet/prod/235228/product.web

Or if I should stick with the more traditional gauges: http://www.thatpetplace.com/pet/group/16294/product.web
I am skeptical with the digital stuff, especially since it has sensor probes that stick out.

Just looking for some advice, thanks!

So here is the cage that the mossy leaf-tail is going to be going in. I am slightly worried that the bamboo is not thick enough for its liking. I am going to add in a thicker tree, as well as more greenery. Then the necessities like waterbowl. The plexy cover i made from the good old hardware store. Cut to fit inside the top, attached with hinges, poppers, and epoxy. Latches shut. the bottom is fixed plexy to the tank, sealed tight with clear caulking.
