Egg problem

I can literally see the geckos inside the egg, the egg has a couple dents in it are they ready to hatch or are they have trouble? Could u make a slit in the egg?

They're going to hatch very soon. Don't slit the egg. If the gecko was meant to make it (if it's strong enough and not deformed) it will hatch perfectly fine on its own. If it isn't, slitting the egg to "save" the gecko will really only hatch one unlikely to survive. Stick it out, just a couple days (maybe even hours!) and you'll soon be looking at some adorable little gecko babies!
