Eggs Hanging Really Low in Leopard Gecko Belly

I have a female leopard gecko who has eggs who hang down and almost touch the ground. I have never seen this before and was wondering what it meant and if it was a problem. It does not look like impaction to me because there are two lumps that are shaped like eggs and they are where the eggs should be. Any help would be appreciated.

The eggs are inside her or hanging out of her vent? I think the best bet at the moment either way (unless it's just that her belly is hanging down) is to see if there's a local reptile vet and make an emergency appointment.

They are just hanging really low in her belly. I was just concerned because I have never seen anything like it before.
