Fat tail shed

Im new to fat tail..and geckos in general, and was wondering if somebody could explain the shed process to me...do they go "blue" like a ball python or does the skin just flake off?

Go Blue? okay when a AFT goes into sheding they will have all white lose skin a humid hide will help them get that shed off.

Their color will will be pale, skin will look whitish, and they might NOT want to deal with your gargantuan figure while they are shedding. I've owned two geckos (Africa and Rocky [AFT]). Lately I never see them shed, Rocky LOVES the humid hide and Africa frequents it. Usually you will not see any shed remains, they recycle their skin.
