Feeding adult Black soldier flies

Hi, I have a 12 month old leopard gecko. I just fed her 10 adult black soldier flies and she absolutely loved them. Are they safe to feed leopard geckos regularly or should the just be used as an occasional treat?

They're fine. They have a high level of calcium as I understand.

Awesome, thanks! By the way she is finally eating her multivitamin again. It was just a stubborn phase that alot of sub adults go through.
