Like Scott I did not understand "fired up" before. The pictures speak as to the color, but what about the cause? Is it a defense? A warning? thanks for answering if anyone knows "the why".

I'm not sure of all the whys, but I can say they do it more at night, and when they are put under direct lighting they can fire up. I think it's actually a mood thing too.

Amazing the difference.....I love it....Looks like 2 totally different geckos.Gorgeous either way.
