First Shed?

I hatched out the babies, this past Sunday & Monday.

The one that hatched Monday, I'm sure has shed already, as I could see loose shed in it's arm pits almost right out of the egg. Now his little crests are sticking out he looks so cute.

However the one that hatched Sunday still has not shed. So my question is how long does it normally take for these guys to have their first shed? I'm not worried at this point, just curious.

We usually have them shed while they are in the incubator or the night afterwards. I wouldn't worry about it. It probably has already shed.

I agree Felicia. It has probably already shed. Sometimes they shed during the hatching process and we never even notice.

The other one shed!!!! No you can see his spots a little better. There's a lot more on his sides, but I didn't want to bother him too much.
