Frilled dragon pooping whole mealworms!?!

I just was cleaning my frilled dragons cage and realized its poo had whole mealworms in it ( I will put a picture for reference). The basking spot is 110-115 and the ambient temperature is at 87. Could anyone pls tell me what is going on?!?
