gecko may have diarrhea

I looked in my geckos cage today and it kinda looks like he may have a little bit of diarrhea all of his poop in there looks normal except one of them and looks kinda runny should i have it checked or wait till i see more that looks like it

Just keep him warm and hydrated and see if the problem continues. Otherwise, no need to worry, he'll be fine!
