Got my first crestie today.. have a question

I am so excited, its got to be the most adorable little thing lol. His name is Post-It, compliments of the husband.

Anyway, I have researched them for months. I am going to be feeding the CGD, and some crickets cause they like to hunt. I am a little unclear though.

Here it goes.

Can I mix the CGD with Baby Food?

Also, Should I dust the crickets when I feed them with pure calcium seeing as how he'll be getting the CGD on a daily basis?

Feeding these little ones is a little more confusing than feeding my leos.

Cresties are actually pretty simple to feed. We give ours the CGD every day, and mix it with water. We sometimes give baby food but not often. We also have a bowl of mealworms in the bins as well. You can dust the crickets but the CGD has alot of nutrients and since we feed just mealworms we usually don't dust them.

Anyways, I hope this helps. Congrats on your new little one, they are definately a rewarding species to keep .
