handling tokays

Hello fourm friends! Any advice on how to "tame" a tokay?

Welding gloves are usually a great start. Seriously, only kinda kidding there.if the gecko's a hatchling, consistent steady handling fairly often should work. If it's more than 1/2 grown, it becoMes an exercise in futility...unless you're a masochist.

OK thanks- ya he is kinda fisty I think its lots of bluff. I usualy use gloves; he barks and tries to bit. Its a good bluff cuz he scares me lol I jump! so it works. But once I have him in my hands he settles down. I will look up youtube!
