Hatchling temps

With hatchlings is it better to err on the side of too warm or the side of cool?

I ask because I have my hatchling rack set to the same thermostat as my adult rack however the hatchling rack runs 2-3degrees hotter then my adult rack, at around 95-97 as the temp fluctuates..

I have no hatchlings in the rack yet just getting ready for them.

Many people keep all their geckos at the higher temperature. I don't think it will be a problem, just make sure your babies are well hydrated.
