Hatchrite from last year!

I have some hatchrite opened from last year thats been sealed in its bag. Do you think that its still okay to use it? Should I check the moisture level and add some water if needed or just chuck it out? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help?

Im using last year hatchrite. Honestly if my eggs don't do well this year im done with that stuff. Moving to peoples perlite methods.
