I'm looking to switch my snake over to heat tape next week and i need suggestions on brand, strength, amount and I also need the same for Thermostats. I was planning on using amazon since they generally have the best prices, but i'm open to links to other site as well.
The tank i'm rigging is a 29gal. I need to have the high spot at 95f and the low spot at maybe 75f at the most.
I also have a 20gal that i need to rig for my leo. I've found a few thermostats that have double extensions (zoomed) and i figured i'd kill 2 tanks with one stat.
I have never used this stuff before though, so i'm completely new to it. Not even sure how to install it.
