I have two Helix thermastat that I use to control my incubators. When I went to start them up this year I had a problem. One of them would not cycle the temp down below 85 and the other won't even change the temps at all. It's stuck on 90. I am guessing that when I moved the transport may have damaged them. So I contacted Jeff at Helix. I shipped the one to be repaired. He replaced the probe, updated some parts and programs. He did all of this for free. The only thing I am paying is for the shipping. I didn't even ask or complain about the price. I just wanted to share this because it is a uncommon commitment to custmer service. I have always been a fan of their products. Now I am also a fan of their service.
