Hello,

My name is joey and im new to this forum. I've had reptile msot of my life and have been herping for the last 10 years. Im a huge leopard gecko fan but love and keep many other types of herps. I moved from sounthern CA to NY a few months so aside from trying to get used to the weather here im trying to get everything settled.

Welcome! Not much herping in NY aside from the sewer gators of course.

ive found that out.LoL Ive found a couple neat finds like Northern water snake, Milk snakes, garters, and tons of cool sallys.

Nice! I think there might be a couple Skink species in NY too.

EDIT: Just did a Google search and found... http://www.dec.state.ny.us/website/dfwmr/wildlife/herp/

There's actually bunch of sweet herps in NY. Happy herping!

i belive there is 1 maybe 2 but there near the NYC area.
