Help. (not eating)

I rescued this pretty little lady a few days ago... She is 7 months old. She hasn’t eaten or really drank anything since I’ve had her and I’m worried. When she poops/pees it’s mostly water. From the little information I know of her past she wasn’t well taken care of. She is scared of everything and all she does is lay in her peek-a view-burrow.
What should I do?

She actually looks as if she's in pretty good shape. Sometimes they can take up to 2 weeks before they get comfortable in a new place. Keep offering. Find out if possible what she was eating before. Try worms and crickets to see what she prefers. Make sure her temperatures are correct. Don't worry, they can go for quite awhile (I'm talking weeks or more) without eating and be fine.
