Welcome. First, are you looking at nocturnal geckos ( most common ) or day geckos? I have Giant Day Geckos Phelsuma grandis myself.

I'm not sure yet

I currently have both nocturnal/crepuscular and diurnal pets, so I'm not too picky haha. Most likely I will be looking at local shelters, rescues, and rehoming sites for what might need me and if I can properly provide for it then I will most likely get it (with research done ofc)
