how do you get rid of this ads ?

Usually somewhere in the ad there's a little blue triangle. Click on that and you'll get a page asking why you don't want to see that ad anymore.

But if you choose to be a supporting member you don't get the ads anymore.

Go to the Forum's home page and scroll all the way down to the bottom. Click "contact us." Send an email to Josh letting him know you want to be a supporting member.
