How hard is it to care for a gecko with MBD?

So, I’m browsing breeder sites for leopard geckos, and I want to get a pet only gecko, as I have no interest in breeding and I’d prefer not to pay 500$ for a gecko when I can get one that looks exactly the same for 50$. However, I just found a gorgeous girl…but the seller says she has slight MBD and slight problems moving. Is there anything else I should be worried about in care?

It would be a good idea to see her moving before committing. As long as she's getting the proper supplements she shouldn't get worse, though it may be a good idea to find out from the seller whether they know how she ended up with MBD to begin with. If she can move around enough to get from place to place, she shouldn't need any special care.
