Impaction

Have any of you keepers experience this with any of your knob tails? I am using a very fine sand from Exo Terra since one year ago. Doing alright so far. But just would like to know whether it may be harmful for them in the long run. Any feedbacks would be highly appreciated. Thanks

I've been using regular play sand from various hardware/gardening stores for 12+ years with my knobs. No issues at all with impaction.
