Increasing humidity and good thermostat/hydrometer

Hi so this is my geckos humid hide that she came with. Should I be pouring water on it everyday? Or is this humid hide not a well made one? Also what is a good thermostat/hydrometer I can't seem to find any good ones. She is in a 20 gallon long on newspaper if that helps. What can I do to increase the humidity I could use a ton of help please. IMG20230112153238.jpg

If the moss in there is moist, it's humid enough. I don't think you really need to measure the humidity, but if you really want to, perhaps someone else could get you that info. Keep an eye on your gecko to make sure it's not eating the moss. Occasionally they do and it's not so good for them.
