Incubating Temp

Hi I've been searching in here and couldn't find it, when I'm incubating for (let's say females) 82F, where should I put the thermostat probe and the thermometer?? just in the middle of the incubator or inside a tupperware??:main_huh:

Inside the tupperware for the truest temperture. Thats where the egg is and there can be a little difference between inside the cooker and inside the tupperware.

So if I understand correct the eggs inside the tuppers have to have the actual temp desire for TS but not the environment inside the incubator right?
