Is my gecko over weight?

Is Lydia overweight? I think she looks healthy but I am not sure. I got her in June so she’s roughly 6 months old. If she is overweight, what diet should I put her on?

Some might think she is, but I think there's too much worry about overweight geckos. She looks well proportioned to me. Feed her twice a week or 3x/week if that's what she's used to and if she's comfortable being handled, find some safe places for her to explore so she gets some exercise.
