Is their a point to be concerned

Few days ago I got Lou to eat one meal worm. Since then she won’t eat and I can’t really tell when I should be concerned about her weight.

Keep an eye on her tail size. If it stays mostly the same size, she's probably fine. Adult female geckos are ovulating about now and aren't eating much. I would say most of my ovulating geckos aren't eating. Keep offering and try not to worry. They can go a long time without eating with no bad effect.
